So!  You’ve begun working out, or at least you plan on it, and in your initial preparation, you’ve glimpsed into the wide abyss of FITNESS SUPPLEMENTS!

Geez.  What a massive range of products, powders, and poultices!  Right?!  How the HECK are you supposed to know what’s necessary and what’s not.  Well, dear reader, I’m here to lend a hand.  This book is not the end-all, be-all encyclopedia of fitness supplements.  HOWEVER, it is an excellent starting point, and I try to cover the most commonly used, sold, and consumed stuff out there.  ON TOP OF THIS, after the initial overview of supplements, I’ve added on some recipes for my favorite fitness concoctions!  These potions, power-ups, and other assorted goodies will help you do your best, better!
