Waking the Dragon – American Ninja Warrior 2014 | Be a Game Character

So I was watching American Ninja Warrior last night and I thought to myself: Hey, this is pretty badass, I should give it a shot.  So I am.  Currently retailoring my workout regimen to become a ninja warrior contender.  I’ll be keeping a training blog over at http://dragonwarrior2014.tumblr.com/ so give it a follow if you want up-to-date reports =D

Day 1
